The collective dispute lawsuit filed by the CIG, UGT, CGT and USO unions against furlough scheme applied by XEAL between September 2020 and February 2021 has been dismissed. XEAL approved the furlough in February 2019 with majority support from the unions.
Xallas Electricidad y Aleaciones, XEAL, will collaborate with CEE local authority, financing 50% of the total cost of repairs and improvements to the road leading into Cee and where the factory is located.
