 PORTAL USE: www.xeal.es provides access to large amounts of online information, services and programs (hereinafter, "the contents")  belonging to XEAL and which may be accessed by the USER. The  reproduction, distribution and public communication is strictly forbidden, including making available all or part of the contents of this website in any format or using any technical means,  without the authorization of XEAL.
The USER undertakes to respect XEAL's intellectual and industrial property rights. The USER must abstain from deleting, altering, eluding or manipulating any protection device or safety system installed on the website.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The relation between XEAL and the USER will be governed by the Spanish law in force and all dispuates shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
