As part of its commitment to the safety and health of the residents of A Costa da Morte, as well as the need of health centers for material to protect health professionals, XEAL, Xallas Electricidad y Aleaciones, has responded to the call of the Hospital Virxe da Xunqueira and has made a donation of protective equipment. With this measure, the company is making all possible efforts to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
The equipment donated by XEAL includes 500 FPP2 disposable masks, 75 chemical protection coveralls and 25 panoramic goggles. The company still has enough protective equipment for its workers to carry out their work normally.
XEAL has increased its commitment to the safety and health of both its workforce and local residents since March 2, when it began implementing measures to combat the threat posed by coronavirus.
XEAL also offered its support for public administrations and health sector institutions in the fight against the pandemic. In this regard, the company is already working on other measures to be implemented in the coming days.
