Xallas Electricidad y Aleaciones, XEAL, recently announced that the current Plant Manager, Javier Vázquez, will be retiring and that his replacement will be Justo Trillo, the current Production Manager.

Justo is a "XEAL man", a native of Cee and with a strong link to the region and the company where he has worked throughout his career. Since joining the company in 2005, he has held several positions, and since 2015 has been the production manager, and therefore has the necessary experience to take on this new challenge.

XEAL is thus committed to internal promotion in the generational replacement of one of the most important positions in its Ferroalloys division.

Javier Vázquez, outgoing Plant Manager, thanked his entire team for their collaboration and support during this last stage of his career: "We have gone through very difficult times, but with the dedication, effort and enormous professionalism of us all, we managed to move forward. I am sure that you will continue giving the best of yourselves, supporting Justo, to whom I wish all the luck in the world, so that our "beloved" factories continue at the highest level of competitiveness and the region's greatest source of employment, as in previous years. Competitiveness is the best guarantee for survival".

María Couto,  XEAL's CEP, expresses the company's gratitude to Javier for his contribution, effort and dedication to the growth of the Cee and Dumbría factories throughout his career, and especially during the last few years, and wished Justo much success in his new responsibilities.
