XEAL presents the prizes for the First Christmas Card Competition for employees' children.

• 22 GIRLS AND BOYS PARTICIPATED IN THE CONTEST, OPEN TO THE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 4 AND 10, OF ALL THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES.
• THE COMPANY ORGANIZED THE COMPETITION TO ENSURE THAT NO CHILD CAME AWAY EMPTY-HANDED. 
• A TOTAL OF 22 PRIZES AND DIPLOMAS WERE HANDED OUT

Xeal, Xallas Electricidad y Aleaciones, presented the prizes for its "FirstChristmas Card Competition, Xeal 2020", open to company employee's children and grandchildren aged between four and 10 years. A total of 22 boys and girls participated in the two categories: A for children aged 4 to 7 years and B, from 8 to 10 years.

The aim of the competition was to promote the values of solidarity and hope that are traditionally associated with the festive season, with all participants receiving recognition for their work, and therefore  Xeal made sure that no child came away empty-handed.

 The contestants opted for a first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes for each of the categories , and 10 fourth prizes for the rest of the participants. In total, we gave out 22 prizes and 22 diplomas.

The Company's original idea was to organize a fun event with the children and their families to hand out the prizes and share some time together, but, unfortunately, the current COVID situation meant that precautions had to be taken, and the decision was made to present the prizes online. 

María Couto, CEO, was in charge, together with the Head of Human Resources, of contacting all the participants to congratulate them and give them their gift and diploma virtually.
