XEAL signs two training agreements with Fernando Blanco High School and the University of A Coruña (UDC).

• The objective of the agreement with Fernando Blanco High School is the development of an educational training program in work centers for the administration and finance module.
• The agreement with the Universidade da Coruña (UDC) aims to offer curricular and extracurricular internships for students of the University of A Coruña.

Xallas Electricidad y Aleaciones, XEAL, is  committed to the environment it operates in. In this sense, its  Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) goals include the social development of its catchment area.

In this sense, XEAL recently signed two collaboration agreements for internships with  IES Fernando Blanco High School and the Universidade da Coruña (UDC).

The objective of the agreement with Fernando Blanco High School is the creation of internship program for students enrolled in the  "Administration and Finance" vocational training module.

With respect to the educational collaboration agreement between XEAL and the UDC, the purpose of this agreement is to enable students of the degrees taught at the aforementioned university to carry out external academic, curricular and extracurricular internships, within the educational cooperation programs promoted by the company.

The tasks to be performed by the interns will be related to their level of studies and academic training. At the end of this period, XEAL will issue a certificate accrediting the completion of the internship and its characteristics for the student.

María Couto, XEAL's CEO,explained that "the signing of these agreements with institutes and universities is of great importance for Xeal, as it allows us to contribute to training, a key area. We are committed to our ESG criteria and collaborating in the practical training of the future generations for their incorporation in the labor market is a key part of this commitment".
